Big O Tires

Purchased four new asymmetrical tires...all FOUR installed backwards!!! Don't know what else to say...I'm in complete shock and beyond livid that I have to take more time off work tomorrow to get them fixed. Never going back to this location, and making sure everyone I know doesn't either.

I contacted Jose at Big O looking for a set of winter tires because I noticed damage new on my daughter's tire. They were able to locate the tires and have them installed along with an alignment in less than 4 hours from the time I called. Fast!

I've been coming in to your location religiously for years. However, when I came in to get a nail removed and the hole repaired in my tire this time, I have never been so disappointed. Usual, brought it in, explained the issue, took my keys, average wait time, no issues. Was told even though it was close to the side wall it was repairable and they fixed it, charge me the 20 bucks, gone. Well, a couple days later my car is giving me the low pressure warning again, I check, THE SAME NAIL IS IN THE TIRE! Took it to a different big o closer to my work and they fixed it for me at no charge. I bought my last 6-8 sets of tires from this location, I'm not sure where the ball was dropped this time, but it was pretty frustrating when i depend on my vehicle for my income.

Colton Malherby was great. He showed incredible customer service and explained all of the options. I have purchased from Discount Tire and Costco in the past, but because of him I will be bringing my business to Big O.

Till having problems with my truck. This is after two times in the shop. Not used to this treatment at big o. Falling down on service for sure. Too bad.

The only place I trust to bring my vehicles. Robbie and everyone at this location are awesome and honest.

We have been doing business with this location for many years, however the last two times we have been there the wait for service was horrible. My husband took my car there today for an oil change and tire rotation and he was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. My husband decided to go a head and get the service done. He was there for almost two hours and they hadn't even started it yet. Sorry but this was our last trip to this store. It was so much better when Greg was the manager.

Great service

I am extremely disappointed in the service this Big-0 tire store provides anymore. First they'll nickel and dime you to death and talk you into buying extra warranties and aliments for the life of the tires of your vehicles. Yesterday my wife went to this story for an aliment and tire rotations. She waited 2 hours then gets the car back, she gets on the freeway. The car starts staking so badly she gets off the freeway and takes the car back to Big-O. tires to fix the ailment. This is the third time, we had to take a vehicle back after an ailment was completed. I think I'll stick with Brigham Street Auto. Todd Oliver is a great mechanic. Oh two more things Big-O tire, stop talking to me in Spanish, I'm Native American Indian, I don't speak Spanish. The other thing, I'm not referring my friends to your shop anymore. My friends lives are important to me. The car you worked on yesterday, has the love of my life, MY WIFE. I'm never putting her life in your hands again.

After trying to talk to a real manager, I called corporate to resolve my 4300 bill I paid for work I never authorized to do. Doesn't matter what Jose thought he understood, I never gave ANY permission for the work since to this date, I was never told WHAT exactly I needed done to repair the damages I brought my car in for. Taking this to the news channel and Better Business Bureau seem the next step if corporate won't settle this. Sitting down with Jose I will never do. And fleecing 4300 out of my pocket I'm sure he thought things were settled. If you get repairs on your vehicle, MAKE SURE YOU GET IN WRITING EXACTLY what you want done, otherwise they do what they want and give you a big bill

The whole team is great to work with! They are knowledgeable and are there to answer any questions that we may have. I am truly satisfied with the 9th South Big O

The service on this location is fantastic and why I bring all my cars to them only. I love the free WIFI and waiting area. The location is off the freeway downtown slc.

Chris was great to work with. He really likes his new boss. I wish he would have offered a free alignment...... You don't align semis do you? I will definitely be giving Chris a call when it is time to put tires on my personal truck!
