Working with Robbie was not a good experience at all For a manager he sure did not value my time and effort, just to make 2 different trips to his store. I enjoy working with Colton at the Murray store which is much closer for me Very disappointed....

Colton is the best. Always taking car of my automobiles. Great people there. They all are working hard to provide quality work is done.

I came back because my car wasn't done right the first time. It took 3 hours and they gave me the run around although I knew it was nothing like they said they were actually doing, what they don't realize is I know how to fix cars. It wouldn't have been as bad had they just communicated with me so I didn't just sit around there for 3 hours.

I came into this store asking for advise on the best tire to buy for my car. I had 2 sets of rims and asked for their advice about which size I should buy. I was sold on the specialty tires that are 2x the price of the other set because they could ensure the tires wouldn't rub as my others did. Not only did the tires rub but they were damaged after 2 months. I went in thinking this would easily be resolved because of the warranty I purchased. NOPE. I was told that I could sell the tires myself because the rims are the issue. Seeing as I asked up front if the rims would be a problem and told they wouldn't be I was a little frustrated. Basically the resolution as it stands now is that I can take my issue to small claims court because it as the manager told me it isn't the responsibility of the staff at this store to provide customers with the best tire option for their car.

This is how all of this started. First gave if this review is from a previous review I did. But it's still the same problem. Around the middle of MayTook my car in. Jose was the one "helping" me. After numerous phone calls and different price quote $1200 later and him offering to buy my car, because I made a sarcastic remark about selling it. After the run around with Jose, I called and asked for the manager to get some straight answers and he puts me on hold and gives the phone to Jose. After I finally get my car, I supposedly had brand new brakes every that goes with the brake job. I left and my brakes were squealing. I called back, Jose said I needed to drive it for at least 300 miles then they should stop squealing. I went to Wyoming, they squealed and started to grind. After I came back from vacation took my car back in still not fixed. Now to the End of June: After changing the FRONT BRAKES a third time and telling us the very loud squeaking is the shock and struts (had them done a year ago) then being told to use the brakes more gently. Which I was a little offended by it's not like I go around slamming on my brakes. Got the car back of course it's still squeaking took it back for a 4th time this time they changed the back brakes. Colby stayed it doesn't squeak any more everything is good. Took it home STILL SQUEAKING. Called Colby told him about it. He said I didn't hear anything. Which is complete BS since you can hear my car a block away when I stop. Now he says maybe it's the drums. It's funny I take my car in breaks don't squeak I leave with supposed new top of the line brakes that squeak. I feel they just want to keep charging me more money!! STAY AWAY. From this store.

My preferred service writer is Reese Carter, I feel much more at ease when I work with him, I have no problem with him suggesting other needed service. Because he is not out for the sale or commission, he truly is looking out for me.

Took them 2 hours to repair a leak in my tire which should have taken 10 minutes.

Colton has been a great help since I have been servicing my car at Big O tiers for the past 8 or 9 years. He is always knowledgeable about all car related topics and has the best customer service. One of the things I love about Big O tiers is that they don't tell you to fix things just to make money. For example, if you need breaks soon they will tell you that you have an x amount of time until you need breaks instead of trying to make you buy it right away. In other words, they are very honest about what needs to be fixed on your car and what doesn't-- and that I appreciate a lot and that is why I have been a loyal customer for many years. They know what they are doing and they have integrity. That is all I ask for when servicing my car. Thanks to Colton and the Big O team for being awesome!

Not happy at all. I was in about 8:30 and didn't get out until well after 10. I have bought almost exclusively from Big O over the years but if they don't invest in some kind of client scheduling so that they don't value profits over customers, it's going to get worse.

ALWAYS get a written quote before you have any work done. I had two verbal quotes and they were far below the price I paid. Ever since a certain individual left the location I go to, the only concern is money and not customer satisfaction. I am so disappointed in Big-O. I have gone to them for many years. They service all my work vehicles. It's going to be tough to keep a relationship with them at this point.

I brought my car to them for an emissions check, an oil change, and to have the spark plugs and wires replaced. When I received the vehicle back, it was running terribly - shaky, vibrations, loss of power, decreased gas mileage. I brought it back to them, and they merely checked to make sure that the wires they had installed were done correctly, saying that if it wasn't related to that, they had no idea what it could be. They might be decent for changing tires, or following a simple repair procedure if they have a step by step manual, but they certainly aren't skilled professional mechanics. I've given them over $7000 worth of business in the last year, and have been dissatisfied with most of the outcomes. They'll not get one penny more.
