Even though the computers were down the staff were still attentive. They know me so it is easy to drop off a vehicle and get on my way.

Colton explained everything that was needed and done to the vehicle and and performed an inspection of vehicle to fix potential future problems from occurring.

Couldn't have been more impressed with their service. Not that this would happen all the time but I needed tires fast on a trailer that I needed to get to a job. I pulled into Big O and was pulling out with 4 new tires installed and payed for in less than 10 min. VERY IMPRESSED!

Got me in 1 hour before closing to fix a slow leak in on tire and a nail in the other. Got me in and out within 30 min. No charge. For fixing both my tires and to let me know the I will need new tires soon which I already knew that but very much appreciated 🙂
