I had to go in twice to have the same flat fixed but it was all free. All I had to invest was my time.

Lack of communication and assumption of the part of your employee. I wanted the repairs needed, but I wanted to KNOW the damages first before repairs. I even went in next day, but because it was his day off, no one could givee ANY info other than he had found parts..... which it turned out to be lies on Monday. I'm way disappointed with the costs which I felt blindsided since I never was told WHY the cost until I picked up my car and had a 4000 repair bill. I will buy tires, but will NEVER bring my car for any repairs or even a tune up. Plus my interior was left with grease and driver's carpet.

I came in for safety and emissions and a tire rotation. Was told it would take an hour . I told the employee I would be going for a walk while they worked on it . came back in an hour . The employee that was helping me was gone . so I waited a little longer 20 minutes goes by. I went to the customer service desk and asked about my Saturn outlook . They looked puzzled . I waited they looked it up . Oh nothing has been done to it. we are still waiting for the safety and emmis. room . I nicely asked how much longer . Approximately 40 min he said . I asked why is it taking so long . were busy was the response. I waited longer. Ok your done 50 min later . Great safety emission and tire Rotation . what tire Rotation we didn't know . that's going to be a little longer mam. 2hr an15 min . in my opinion is way to long . My dad is a retired mechanic even if your busy .I feel that was to long to wait . I wish I would have been told that up front. I n longer recommend my friends here and will only be coming for tire rotation due to contract on tires I purchased from them.

I received service at Big-O Tires at 300 W 900 S Salt Lake City. Utah on Sept. 03,2016. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment and asked them to check my driver side back tire for a nail and to check the rear brakes. They completed my oil change and I was sitting by the window which I could see the Service Tech rotate my tires he did not even check my tire for the nail nor check my brakes until I had to get up and ask Customer Service. CS went out to tell the Tech they fixed my tire. I didn't see them balance any of tires next stop was wheel alignment when my vehicle was placed on the wheel alignment I as CS again did they check my brakes? He went out to the bay got a flashlight looked at my tires without the tires being off so you can clearly see the brakes he came back and said they should be good for a couple of months. I said okay not feeling to good about it? I paid for service as I was heading home which is 35 miles away I was on the freeway going 75 miles an hour my steering wheel was shaking turned around and headed back to Big O, told them my balance is off which I was not happy total time for all service was 3 hours 22 min. I was not a HAPPY CAMPER!!! I will never go back to that same location again. However, I purchase my wheel alignment at that location so I guess I will have to go back for that service..LM

I popped in for a quote on new tires and to schedule a time to come back for the install. My rep said he could do the install right now, which I asumed wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. However, it took 90 mintues. Had I had been told this, I would have come back becasue like everyone else my time is valuable. Also, at the very end he claimed I needed an alightment. I raised the question that I think he's wrong on that assesementt because I never noticed that proir. When he assured me that it was out of alignment he said it would only take a few more minutes and I agreed to it because he didnt say it was going to cost me extra, I assumed it was a free service but when I received the final bill he wanted to charge me $140 for this. When I protested that he didnt inform me of the service charge for that he lowered it to $100. At that point I felt swindled and just wanted to get out of there. I used to like Big-O but I will never return.

Big O is the best!I took my brand new car in with a slow leak in one tire and they made me feel like a valued customer.I've been a customer for years and I'll continue recommending Big O to friends.Thank you!

I was happy to see I could make an appointment online for the first time because I would usually have to just take my chances and drop in not knowing how long I would need to wait for a routine tire rotation "only". When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time of 9 am (you open at 7:30 am) I was told they were a little behind. I waited for nearly an hour and a half with no communication from my service adviser and then had to find him to ask how much longer. He had to go check and upon returning said they just put it in the bay and was waiting for a technician. If he would have just told me they were an hour or so behind schedule I would have appreciated that and come back another time. Now, unfortunately I won't come back to this location again. FYI I have spent a lot of money at this location. Even in the past I would be told it would only be x amount of time for a particular job and it always ended up being double what I was promised. JUST BE HONEST.

I bought two tires to match but The store I went to tried to sell me a brand of tire that I did not want, they made it difficult to get the Yokahama tires I wanted. They then took the one tire that was not damaged [it still had over 50% of its tread left] without giving me anything for it or returning the tire to me. They said that they resell used tires like that but mine was not worth much and did not give me tire back.

REESE IS GREAT

After replacement of a tire for free under warranty that blew out (made me happy). I was told the blowout damaged a tire pressure sensor. So I paid 85.00 for a new sensor. Come to find out yet another sensor was not working. I am not interested in paying another 85.00 to see if the light actually goes out this time.

Thank you to Jose! When my cars alternator went out over the weekend, I called at 9:30 Monday morning. I thought my car would take a few days to fix, which is hard since my car is my job, not only was he professional and nice, he got my car fixed by 3:30 the same afternoon. Thanks Jose for getting my car up and running again!

after i agreed to a much lower price to fix my problem when i payed colton sliped in on the bottom of the receipt a disclamer about grinding and noise was not covered because i did not replace the rotors , i should have been made aware of this before the work was performed, i feel this was not above board, maybe this is coltons style my brakes make more noise after your repair than before.

I love coming here. The people on staff are honest and efficient. They listen to my questions and always find ways for me to save.

This was my second time bringing in my car to get my tire patched in a months time. The first time they worked on the wrong tire, even though i told them it was the passenger side front tire and it very obviously had a nail in it. This time the correct tire was patched and I appreciate that they fixed their mistake at no charge to me, but it took over two hours and I was not checked in with at any time during that two hours. I watched my car go back and get fixed, get pulled into the parking lot, and then everyone went to lunch before I was given my keys back. I will not be returning to this location.

Called and made an appointment, Robbie had me in and out in about 35 minutes. He was great.Thank you, have used Big O Tires for years there great to work with.
