I have been a customer for about 20 years, and am loyal to this particular store as they have always been respectful and great to deal with. This experience has to be one of the worst experiences. We brought both of my pick up trucks in for service. My one truck needed brakes replaced. We were told a few months before, when it was inspected, we would need them soon. They had gotten to the point of severe grinding. When we got there at 730am, we told them that the brakes needed replacing. My other truck was in for inspection,so I asked for the other truck to go first, as my daughter had to get to work. And hour and a half later, we were informed we needed new brakes and rotors. It took an hour and a half to tell us what we had already told them?It was another hour and a half before the work was done on that truck and my daughter was late for work. The 2nd truck passed safety, but not emissions, so I had to return a second time.

Great experience! I needed new tires, Colton helped me find an all season set that was within my budget. They've been awesome in the snow and ice. So glad I've had them this winter. Thank you, BigO!

Mechanic that worked on my vehicle loosened the spindle nuts on front end in an attempt to updale front wheel bearings. This is bull Crap as not only when I told him I'd do then myself he left them and let me drive away from the store. This not only created a danger to me but everyone on the road around me. Mother's and children invited. Little did he know that I'm an ex mechanic and as soon as I got home, I checked them and re torqed then myself. Glad I only live a few blocks away from the shop. Really, is the up sale worth risking people's alives? Had I not known better, I'd be driving that truck on the freeway everyday day risking lives.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I had asked the CS guy that my driver side tires front/back have been losing air asked if they can check it I know they were really busy and all and once my vehicle was completed asked the CS guy if they check my tires he said IDK and it was close to closing time was waiting for 1 hour 40 min. Did not get an answer paid him and he left... Was not satisfied.

I was immediately assisted upon entering the shop. I received all of the information that I required and got a great deal too. I am very satisfied with the quality of service and product.

When I went to get my tires checked I asked what had happened with my tire. I was not given an answer as to what happened with my tire. So I was not told until it was time to check out that all 4 tires were replaced.

They do good work, but they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a front-wheel drive vehicle, which is unnecessary. They also didn't get my consent to do the alignment in the first place. I was not happy when I got the bill, and they did nothing to correct it.

They didnt get my tires until Monday at 9:30 am and had to leave my truck there from Saturday to Monday.

Robbie and his team did an amazing job changing the tires on three of my vehicles. We were in and out lightening fast, and the folks there were courteous, professional and helpful.

I did not like the work that was done on my truck today. I have gone here many times and even bring my crews work trucks here, not anymore. Oil was changed and fluids topped off and tires rotated. They drained the oil on my trucks skid plate and didn't bother to clean it , because of that oil leaked on my driveway when I got home. There was also oil spilled under my hood and oil on the outside hood and bumper. My hood was left with scratches that fit perfectly with their plastic numbers plates, like it was pulled forward or when the hood was shut it slid forward. They wouldn't take ownership of the scratches. They topped off the DEF but is looked like they lost control and sprayed it all over the side of my truck and didn't bother to clean it up. I also had tire light on and somehow a tire shop didn't bother to top of tires when they rotated them, and I'm not even sure they rotated my tires because the left rear tire was the one showing it needed air and that was the same tire giving the same psi read out when I left. Service took an hour and a half and cost 200 bucks. Plus the other half hour that was wasted taking the truck back so they could "clean"� it up and tell me that there was no way they scratched my hood... never going back.

I am not very happy with my experience. I was quoted $65.99 per tire, total of $350 plus the tax over the phone for tires and work to be done.. When I received my bill it was $488. $93 dollars a piece for tires.I also have to go back. Because your company put a new tire on over a slightly bent rim. That could turn into a dangerous road hazard. And most company's would have straightened it out. I would hope that these reviews are taken seriously, and at the least. My rim will be straightened out and you could throw in my spare tire that I needed as I took enough money to pay for all 5 tires. I am traveling across country Thank you sincerely Michael Morrison

Took car in for standard rotation at recommended time given by Big O, which I have done since I bought the tires. Tires are just over a year old and was told after the rotation that there was uneven ware and that I probably would have to get new tires soon. This is after not even putting more than 12-15k on the brand new tires. I was then told that this is probably due to an alignment issue. If that is true, why wasn't I told this 3000 miles earlier when I had them rotated? In 3000 miles, my tires go from being just fine to needing new ones? I certainly find that hard to believe and question the integrity of the service at Big O. No one mentioned anything to me about any alignment problem when I purchased the tires or when taking the car in for rotation at any other time. Although the rotation service itself was just fine, it is the fact that all the sudden I need new tires.
