They charge for more than quoted

I always come back to this store, your Manager remembers my name, the staff treats everyone professionally and they have the knowledge to help me with what I need.I will not use anyone else.

I have been to this Big O quite a few times. Some of the guys up front are really great and others are not so much. The biggest problem that I have run into is when the guys upfront promise that all this stuff will get done and then it doesn't.

So, this review is a combination of both my past and most recent experiences with Big O. Overall, they're a great company for oil changes, tire rotations, etc., typical maintenance stuff. I've even had some mechanical repairs done there that I felt were fairly priced and done well. My last experience has been more frustrating. I dropped my car off there and explained in detail the situation with my AC unit. I explained that I knew there was a leak somewhere and that the schrader valves had already been replaced and it continued to leak somewhere. I left on vacation for two weeks feeling this was plenty of time to have them fix the issue correctly. When I went to pick-up my truck they tell me they replaced the schrader valves and filled the system. I was hopeful that this fixed the issue even though it was already done previously. A month later my AC was already blowing ambient temp. air again. So, the issue was never resolved and I was charged $165 for an issue that wasn't repaired. So, a good maintenance shop, maybe subpar repair shop.

The same great service I have been getting over the last 15 years

Have to take vehicle back to have my wheels re-balanced EVEY time. Just took them back last week (for the second round), they are still not balanced. I think they even tried. Steering wobbles in the exact same speed range.

The team at this Big O location is the best.

Chewing gum while doing customer service is one thing but to be Poppin it while you're talking to a customer is unprofessional.

big o has been fast and reliable great price and product

I had a screw in my tire. Took it in, I was told it couldn't be repaired and would need to replace the tire. Purchased a used tire for $20 and was told it would be put on. Days go by and I notice there's either a new screw in my tire in the same exact place and same tire, or the tire was never replaced. Took my car into a different location and was told the same thing, it could be fixed and needed to be replaced. Was also told that all other tires needed to be replaced. They were nice enough to give me $20 off after I told them my story. I wasn't really mad, I found it funny and strange.

I come here more than I should with my tire needs. The staff here is absolutely the best, they take great care of me. Because of the service and attention I receive here I will always buy my tires from them.

Great tires.. I had to come in and get all four tires re-balanced a week ago. I felt like they didn't care what I had to say. I had to ask them to torque my lugs on when I bought the tires and then had to get them re balanced (something they should do everytime) Then I asked the manager if he could have them tighten the bolts on and then drive it around just to make sure because I was headed out driving over 1000 miles and he looked at me dumb and then didn't do it. Not very pleased with the customer service.
