Big O Tires

I've been to two different locations and both times I've had good experiences.

Good customer service

I have gone to Big O Tires for years and have always been happy with the service and prices, so when my car got a flat at the airport, I put on the spare and drove past two or three other tire stores to the closest Big O. They did a great job of handling the problem in a friendly and efficient manner.

Dropped off a flat tire and get it repaired in less then 30 min. Unloaded and loaded for me. Great service!

I was very disappointed that I had to buy 4 new tires when I just bought them a year ago from your store. The warranty does no good If your driving and you get a flat and have to drive on it to get to a gas station. I asked the rep to give me back the 3 tires that were still good and I did not get them back. I still would like them back.

I have purchased Big O Brand tires for years. They are comparable in cost but out performs everything I have used, meeting and exceeding the mileage guarantees.

i got there early and was first to be scheduled for a tire rotation. I know you're short staffed in the morning, but it sure took a long time! several other people were finished before me.

How a flat tire that needed to be replaced along with safety and emissions. Everything was done in a timely manner. Left the shop and had to return to get one tire double-checked because it was low. Overall, a good experience.

REESE IS VERY HELPFUL

Nothing really went right. I came in to have new headlights put in along with a tire balance. The job took three hours, they forgot to replace the parking light that was also burned out and never balanced my tires. I would have walked away very upset but the manager (can't remember his name) seemed emphatic and genuinely wanted to do everything he could to fix it. I brought my car back later that week and the team balanced the tires and I am running smooth

I only wish somebody had told me what percentage I have left on these tires when they rotated them. I have now driven 2.5 million miles lifetime. That is a lot of tires. You guys really are the best.

Everything was great other than the new wheels I bought were not properly balanced and to return to have them rebalanced. This has happened several times over the many years I have been doing business with Big O. It's a little frustrating.

Appointment did not show in there system. Only had one of the tires in stock. Had to wait while they got the rest but they didn't tell me what was going on

I drive out on bad tires in a snow storm they hooked me up!
