I returned at 730am for the second day in a row. This time I dealt with Robbie (I think was his name). He knew what he was doing, and though it took several hours to make the repairs needed, he kept me updated, was very kind, and knowledgeable.I had asked the young man the day before if he knew someplace I could get the air conditioner changed out and recharged. He said that your company didn't do that. When I asked Robbie, he went and looked at the truck and said that your company does do that and he gave me an estimate. He is an asset to your company, and is one of the reasons I will return to your shop again. Yesterday I was not sure if I would. After spending around $1,000 and spending more than 7 hours in the waiting room over 2 days, my daughter flustered cause she was late to her work, and more, it is due to Robbie that I will return.

Brought my wife's car down from Park City to get the snowtires changed over. The balancing was terrible. I contacted Reece and it was corrected, but it costs me another trip down from Park City. Reece and Robbie Carter are the reason I do all of the tires on my fleet with your Big O store, but sometimes the work in the shop is lacking. Mainly call backs for rebalancing
