Very friendly staff, made me feel very comfortable. Explained things I didn't understand completely and helped me get what I needed! Definitely stand out from competitors as far as service and feelings of trust go.

Big O tires have once again provided an excellent service. After over 37,000 miles the tires that came with the car (now 4 years old) we getting quite thin on the tread. And so I had them replaced at BiG O. I went in on a Saturday morning, and with in an hour and half I had new tires, an alignment done (the car was quite out of alignment) and was on my way home. The tires are a Big O brand, and I have taken their word that they are good tires. We will see how they go.

Corrected an extremely bad alignment that was performed at another Big O store.

I worked with the owner Robbie and he was a great guy and very knowledgeable.

My daughter had her snow tires changed out and it was done quickly. Same great service as usual. You're the best tire store!

Big saving with you guys

This visit was great. I was a little hesitant bringing it in. The last time you put a shorter oil dip stick tube because the cap/ring broke, and the texts could not get it out, anyway I am still worried it is not correct.

I did not realize how fast these professionals were. I will definitely continue doing business there.

went in for oil change.was offer a alignment rotate tires but never had them done I guess they got busy?
