Passing through Salt Lake City to Elko NV, we noticed 2 of our 5 th wheel tires had bubbles on the inside. We contacted the Big O in Elko (Tyrone) who called around SLC and spoke with Reese in SLC, we were well taken care of and put back on the road in an hour. Thank you for your customer service,

GREAT RO WORK WITH

I'm a woman who absolutely hates going to have my tires rotated or my oil changed. What is unique about Big O Tires is that the store is actually clean. It doesn't stink of oil and the employees are friendly and service oriented. There are actually magazines that women enjoy, not just men's magazines. What would improve the experience is if there was a water cooler with free cups of water in the waiting room. I ended up staying about one hour longer than anticipated.

Big O Tires have taken care of all our vehicles and each time they have been professional, helpful, and taken the time to ensure that are vehicles receive the best of care. They are pleasant and make the whole experience a good one!

I came in with a brand in mind but always open to suggestions. Zach came out and looked at my car and gave a couple of different quotes and talked about brands. I ended up going with the Big O brand (have always had MIchelin). I noticed a balance issue driving home and in the morning I spoke with Austin he told me to bring it in and they"ll look at it. I had to wait an extra day do to work commitments. I got there today and Zach greeted me and remembered me also. Got my car right in and looked at. It was a balance issue. Drove the car to Evanston(Lotto tickets) and the tires feel great. The reason I'm writing a comment is the way the problem was solved. Thank you for your team Tom Stoltman

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was given suggestions, but they were not pushing anything on me, and they answered any questions I had. Much better experience than most other shops I have taken my cars to (*cough* Burt Brothers *cough*) :)

My only beef is that I wish I'd been given more information about the product protection cost -- I might have bought it if I knew if were inexpensive!

I have always had a good experience at this Big-O store. Everyone there is always helpful and courteous. Reese Carter is especially helpful, as I always ask for Reese first to help me. Keep up the good work!
