Wonderful! Courteous and timely.

There was an issue with my car after it got serviced. Upon arriving home I noticed the stability bars were damaged. I returned the next day and spoke with Robie (Store Manager) and explained the issue to him. Robie took care of the problem, no questions asked. And fixed my car at no extra charge. Excellent service. Thank you Robie!

I moved here from Florida a little over a year ago, I was looking for an honesty and reliable mechanic. He is very hard to find a good mechanic, especially when you are a female. But would Big O Tires have had nothing but outstanding customer service they go above and beyond to make sure I know exactly what’s being done my vehicle and the cost and they work with my finances. It’s nice to know that I have a reliable local mechanic I can trust.
