Big O Tires

Colton always helps me with all my cars needs. Got me new tires and an alignment.

They have the best customer service. Colton is great at making us feel welcome and doing the best job. Everyone that works there is always friendly.

A few months ago I was looking for a new station to service my vehicles. Until recently (a few months ago) I had never used Big O Tires. I must say, I have been impressed with the service. First, I took my truck in for a new serpentine belt and some other service. Within a few weeks, I chose to take it back and have some additional work. Impressed with the service. I then took in my Chevy Traverse for a little deeper service, this involved pulling the intake manifold and etc... The work performed was excellent. My wife is happy with her car. This week I took in my 1987 Jeep Wrangler in for an ignition tune up, the alternator, distributor cap, wires, plugs, rotor, points, coil, fuel filter and etc.... They did everything great. However, unknown why, the jeep developed a problem, it was coughing, cutting out and simply not running well. Purred like a kitten when idling. Colton and Jeremy (the only names I have learned), treated me very well. They (and several others) went the extra mile to find out what was wrong with the jeep. The mechanic (Jeremy) wanted to meet and visit with me to get details. They had to keep the jeep overnight. Colton gave me a ride home. Come to find out, the problem with the jeep had nothing to do with the service they had performed. Call it coincidental, or simply when you fix one thing another one will surface. I"m sold, Big O at 9th south and 3rd west is now my service center. Oddly enough, I live in Sandy at approx. 90000 south and 2100 east. I will no doubt be back for tires as well as service to my vehicles.

These guys are great to work with. They are always professional and honest.

I have a broken leg they helped with everything from helping with my car battery, to paperwork really greatful they cared about getting my car and my going very fast and safe.

Everything was excellent. Zack kept me informed of progress. I initially wanted only tires and alignment, but the mechanic found a torn boot and I needed to replace the strut. All completed very quickly.
