I was greeted the moment I walked into the attractive and clean store by a very friendly man. I was only checking the air in my tires and to make sure the light indicating I needed air in said tires was working correctly as it was on all the time. I then got in line to have this checked. Another nice you man checked the tires including my spare, put in air, and checked that darn light. The cost? $0.00! I was shocked and so pleased. My son, Grant Esplin, assured me this is the place to go, and I agree with him. Thank you, Big O, for taking care of everything.

I love working with the team at Big O! Since 2017 I've purchased 3 sets of tires and one rim package for 3 of our cars, as well as a few engine repairs on 2. Biggest surprise has been the product knowledge and the way the staff quickly and accurately have managed all these services. I say surprised because it's not common that a "tire shop" can diagnose and make engine repairs as well as this team has. I get better and faster service at Big O that at the dealer. I know most people are unsatisfied with dealer service, but how many trust the local shop more than dealer for a major repair. Well, I do. The Big O team has completely earned my trust. I like going to them. They are easy to work with and they always go the extra mile to take care of my needs. By the way, if you just need tires, these guys are awesome at that too. Of the 3 sets I've purchased, I left with better tires for less money than I was prepared to spend all 3 times. The most recent was the rim and tire package that made me love my '07 Hummer H3 all over again! Black with just a touch of polished aluminum rims make "Red" look brand new, but i'm even more happy with the tire package that are outperforming what I was promised. Just as knobby as I wanted but ride quieter and smoother than promised and grip like they have claws in the turns and short stopping distances, not to mention how well they are wearing, I am confident I'll get every bit of 70,000 miles from them. Bottom line, go see the guys at Big O. They are awesome.

As a single woman, it is always intimidating taking my car in for service. Reese and all the staff at Big O took great care of me and my car. Pricing was great and they did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs! The whole experience put me at ease, and I will definitely use them for all my auto needs. Finally, an auto shop I can trust!

Took my car there to get a flat tire fixed in time for the service it sufficiently put my new tire back on post my spare tire back on I need to charge the car put all the clothes that I have scattered all over away inside the car but my car is clean very professional place
