I use this Big O for my personal vehicles and also as an allied service provider for my customers when they need tires. I called because I needed tires on my truck and Chris was already doing some mobile jobs for my customer but he made time to come to my shop, pick my truck up, go to his shop, install tires, and bring it back to me. I got a call saying that my alignment was out just a little bit so they were going to do an alignment while it was in the shop just to make sure my tires lasted as long as possible. It is rare to find anyone anymore that is reliable and honest but Chris and Big O nailed it.

Great service and friendly. Even though it was a free tire rotation, the techs treated it as a thousand dollar job. Always quality tires at Big O. I bought mine 2 years ago and with the free rotations they are still like brand new!

Colton was great

I thought the reps knew what they were doing and they called me and let me know when it was done. I wasn't pressured for any upgrades or anything and that was pleasant. I had an issue with my dash display giving me a warning about my oil having 15% life left. I took it back and they fixed it. However, they didn't let me know what they did and how they fixed it. Finally, most people did an excellent job wearing masks during this pandemic. However, they didn't do a great job the second time I came in and several employees came in and out without masks, talking without masks, etc!
