Big O Tires

for 22 years....: for my 22 years here in Salt Lake City, the team at this Big O have been helping me no matter what has come up....they are GREAT.They have been fair, friendly, and more than helpful no matter what is needed.My work has used them for years, and that was how I found them and glad I did.Reese and the whole team have my gratitude and respect for their wonderful service.

I made an appointment online for noon but ran about 30 minutes late but they took my car right away, they had all my information in the computer from making the appointment online, just had to double check some things. I needed an oil change and a new battery and was there for just a little over an hour. The price for both was very good, and the man who checked me out was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to me even though I didn’t ask. Which was nice. I’m a young woman so some car places tend to take advantage because I don’t know a whole lot, this place did not and was very nice and helpful.

All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Been goung here for years and will continue for years to come.

Everything was amazing I had an appointment and was in and out in a hour or less. That is really good because I also got an alignment done as well. They worked with me and did an amazing job would recommend do anyone that needs tires or an alignment done thank you Big O Tires

We switched our Company from Les Schwab to Big-O about 18 months ago. We did this solely because of the outstanding Customer Service of Reese Carter. Thank you for the great service yesterday!! Robbi helped us out with an issue at our business. We have a business on 1100 South and 300 West (Petroleum Equipment Company) and had a homeless truck hit some construction plates on Paxton Ave and got two flat tires. They decided to pull in our parking lot and park in the middle of it with two flat tires. I called Robbi in a panic and he sent someone down to change the tires. The truck load didn't have any money so we offered to pay for it and we were given a great price to help out with this crazy situation. Thank you again and we appreciate your help and kindness!!

we are always treated fair... we it come to repairs on Car/Truck you have to have a level of trust in handing off that asset to someone handle as if it was their own .. at this store I find that level of trust.
