We have had this vehicle in a few times that last couple months trying to figure out the issues. Big-O gave me an appointment to repair my tire even though they were booked up. I had to drive back to Idaho that afternoon. They saved me from having to stay overnight in Salt Lake City. They were most helpful, friendly and professional.
