The store let all the very good experiences tech. go to other stores. A simple tire rotation took 2 hours. Very disappointed my not return. New employees looked like meth junkies. Slow slow slow.

I purchased a set of four Big O brand tires for my ram pickup along with a front alignment. Since leaving Big O my steering column and cab start shaking whenever I get to 55mph or more. I've taken it back to them to fix 5 different times now and they still can't figure it out. I just got done going to a closed store with a spare key to bring my truck home so I can get to work on Monday. The store didn't even bother to call me seeing if it's okay for them to keep my truck over the weekend.

I have had my vehicle in the care of Big O for a long time. They did our regular services and put new tires on our car several years ago. At the last service I was notified I needed new tires. We had only put about 25,000 miles on the warrantied 60,000 mile tires so I was very confused. They told us the tires had been out of alignment in a way that is hard to tell by the driver but that rubs them bare on the inside rendering them useless and unsafe. Because they were out of alignment we were told the maker would not honor the warranty. If my vehicle was out of alignment why was this not pointed out to me at service after service by the people who I put my trust in to care for my vehicle? We will never take out cares to Big O again.

Matt, you know I have been a loyal customer for many years but I wont be coming back after my visit Saturday. i had an 8 o'clock appt. I went out to the Durango at 7:40 to find it was frozen & I couldn't get into it. I called & spoke with Wayne. He said not to worry no problem and to bring it in. I got there & it was busy. James helped me & I was somewhat surprised that he didn't know why the vehicle was there. After explaining a couple times about tires & alignment I went & sat down. After nearly 2 hours & people pretty much gone I went to the counter to find out what the deal was. I was told that an estimate was being made for a berring. I was like what do you mean? I've been sitting here for two hours for two tires and then the comment that ended the deal with me by Wayne . As condescending as all out "Well Karolyn you were late" Yep Wayne I was but I called you explaining what happened. And was told no problem, Matt I would have rescheduled or gone home if I would have known I was going to sit there for two hours . The least that could of happened was a check on me & an update given . I am diabetic & by this time was sick. I was Shaking so much I couldn't even run my card. I don't know what the repair would have cost but I'm guessing 500.00 or so. I would have had it done. Maybe your business can handle a loss of business and so it doesn't matter, But every vehicle I have owned has come to you for tires. But no more And it makes me very sad because I've always felt I could trust your company. I've always been treated with respect but not on Saturday. I'm passing this along because I work in the customer service business & know how fast people will pass on a bad experience. I only hope this doesn't occur all the time. Thanks Matt for your time. And I'm sorry to feel this way

I am beyond angry with the service. Took my truck in to have them patch a hole in the tire and they "patched" it. Was still leaking and took it back in. When they again "patched" it and put a tube in it. Still leaked. Took it to a different shop to find they ruined my tire and cut it all the way into the cords of the tire and made the hole bigger. I now get to buy a new tire and it will most definitely not be through your business. You have lost me as a customer.

Told I had to remove my window tint since it caused me to fail the safety inspection, even though it was factory tinting & never caused it to fail the prior 12 years safety infections. Your technicians are idiots and now have no tint on 2 windows that I had a hell of a time getting them so I could see out of them again after your technician removed the tint so I would pass the safety inspection.

I have received service there for several years and am happy with the knowledge, professionalism, promptness, and friendliness of the staff who have gone the extra mile in offering and providing rides to my home when I needed and reminders for followup lugnut check when getting the tires rotated.

I had an awesome experience at Big O in Brigham City. Matt was incredibly helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tires on my car.

I hate to have to buy new tires, but I have bought from Big O many times they seem to be fair in their price and service and Brigham City is good. I do miss the popcorn cooker they use to have.
