Big O Tires

We brought our car in for an alignment because it shakes starting at 20 mpg with it getting bad at 70-75 mph. They told us that the rods needed to be replaced before they could do the alignment. We paid $300 to get that done with the alignment. When we drove it last night, nothing had changed. It would have been nice if the problem was actually diagnosed properly. I felt the $300 was just wasted and we still have the same exact issue. My wife is calling today but maybe a test drive would have helped for you to determine the issue and that it still hadn't been fixed. For the record. I have been very happy with Big O tires and have had a lot of work done there and is why I gave the high ratings on the top two. Even past service I would have given the bottom two high ratings, but not on this service...

I just had them install tires, they didn't listen to what I wanted. I really wanted them to lift it up and look under the jeep to make sure everything looked good. They didn't that, they ignored me. Not what we expected. We are used to Excellent Customer Service from Big O not just average. Wanted to make sure it was safe because we were going on a trip.

I felt like they were very thorough and detailed on doing just a simple oil change. The associates were very kind and helpful when I dropped my truck off, and even found I had a duplicate account and got that straightened out for me.

I've been your loyal customer for years. That, pretty much, indicates my satisfaction. I might add, however, it would be extra nice to leave with floors and windows clean.

They took less time than they estimated were fast and very friendly.

After tire rotation all the tire pressures were different and none of them were at the right pressure listed on the door frame of the truck.

He got my tire when no one else in town could. He even fixed another tire even when the tires were bought on the car. GREAT SERVICE!

They did a great job and got me in quick ( I came in about closing time). My big complaint is that they promoted a free nfl Bluetooth speaker with oil change. I thought that was awesome and chose to come it to do this. ( I thought it would be a great Christmas present for my son). I usually get my oil change from Jiffy Lube. They gave me the coupon so I could get it, however, when I went online to get the item (free for $5 shipping), the item was sold out. This was frustrating and I will probably go back to Jiffy Lube next time because this kind of pissed me off.

Called in to see if I could get in for a oil change and my tires rotated. I got in quickly and out. Very satisfied with how quick and how great the customer service was.

Service was just fine, but ended up costing much more than anticipated. Pricing quote was only cost of tire and didn't include labor/installation cost. When comparing to other companies, this information is appreciated. I paid more than planned.

I have started taking my car to Big O as I have felt they have done a good job and I felt I could trust what they recommended. Unfortunately, I had a broken window and they told me it needed a regulator so I had them fix it without checking other places and comparing costs. I pass by a well known service place by my home, so I stopped and ask them how much a regulator would be for my car, and they gave me a quote $74.00 dollars less than I had paid at Big O. I am very disappointed and will be questioning cost a whole lot closer

Fast and friendly service

I purchased 4 tires at a good price. However once the New Tires were put on my vehicle I was told the price and paid for it . I was asked if I would like to have the receipt emailed I said no and then the reciept was printed and put into an envelope and was handed to me very nicely and I was told Thank You. However not once did I ever see the receipt. I was in a hurry so I took the receipt and took off to my next appointment. Later I looked at the receipt and saw that a large extra charge was added on for a Warranty that was never explained or asked for my permission to add to this purchase. This just does not seem very honest. I am very disappointed .

I went to get my daughter two front tires and an alignment and a check of the brakes as my daughter was driving to college 4 hours away. I was told the brakes were fine until December when she came back and to have her drop it by to see how the they looked then.Great after 2 and half hours I finally leave.I noticed a vibration in the front of the car as soon as I hit 65. So I take it back on Monday and let the guy up front know. He said OK we will take a look at it. Half hour later he said it's good. He never told me what they did I just trusted them. So I get back on the road and sure enough it is still shaking. I take it immediately back get someone new and explain again what is going on. The first guy is there and he says"ma'am at what speed are feeling this because I got up to 65 on the 1100 Rd. And never felt anything" ( I am having a really hard time believing he was able to get it up to 65on that roadfirst of all. I really don't believe he did and second of all if really did there was a vibration.)the second guy takes the car and a hour later says they rebalanced it and it is a little better but there is cupping on one of the tires so that's going to cause it to still vibrate. No one told me the the back tire had cupping before nor did it shake with the old tires on there. I said is it safe for my daughter to drive to st george and he said yeah good luck. So we drive it down there with a horrible shake and take it immediately to a big o down there. They rebalanced it saying the balance was way off plus the brakes were down to one percent and that they needed to be replaced immediately. I am so disappointed in this Brigham city shop. I trusted them to help make sure my daughters car was up to heading to college.Just sad.

I am always treated with respect. they take care of the unexpected and fit the extra work in where they can. I appreciate the air pressure check and re-torqueing of the wheels. the facility is clean and friendly - customers treat other customers with respect.
