I always go to Big-O for tires. They have the best brands of tires and guarantee on service of new tires. They call me by name when I come in for service. They have treats for customers and TV to watch while waiting for repair or new tire replacement. Thanks Big-O

There are only 2 Big O Tires locations that I trust with my vehicle (which is basically my baby) and one of them is the Brigham City location. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I needed brake pads and rotors this time and they were able to give me a great price and were flexible about when I could bring my car in. The store is always clean and I never feel like I might be taken advantage of. I dunno... just a good and easy process overall. :)

I know Aaron and Matt will take care of us.. Hometown feel and they treat everyone with the same way.

Did a good job as always

Great service as usual, the only thing to be disappointed in was the steering will had grime (oil and dirt) from the technicians hands which I had to clean off. Has never happened before, so probably just in a hurry.

Friendly and answered all questions were quick

Technicians were eager to get home, which I understand. They told my wife the bead wasn't seated (on an undamaged rim) But they missed fixing the true source my wifes flat tire and luckily my father who had seen where it was leaking from told them to retank it. They did and found the true leak. They would have charged us $17 for a tire that would've gone flat by the time she got home. Great service over the phone but not impressed with service to my wife who didn't know where the leak was coming from.

Professional and friendly service. Easy in and out in a timely manner

We were told we only needed one control arm on my car, when we came back to get said car the amount due was doubled because of work that was done that we were not told about. It's almost like because we had to use one of the programs to delay payment they were trying to get more money out of us. I don't have that kind of money

I just dropped in to see if I could get an oil change for my car & they very kindly said, "of course!" Then they got right to it while I waited & it was done in no time at all. They are always very kind to me & I appreciate it so much!

Costumer service was less then expected. We have typically had greater service there. Been going for years and years.

They were very nice, took my vehicle back right away and finished the balance and rotation faster than they had quoted. They also recommend I come back in 50 miles so that they can tighten the lug nuts again and that isn't something other tire places have done.

The tires were not inflated to the proper pressure. All were around 30 psi and the low pressure light was on. Also disappointed the pressure readings were not set to match the tire location.

We are always treated well when we go and have had great service

After picking up my car and driving approximately 1 mile, 1 of my hubcaps flew off. I was able to retrieve it undamaged and returned to the store. At that point, the man that helped me said they had been put back on wrong. He corrected all 4. I'm just glad that no damage or injury occurred when the hubcap came loose.

I have always had good service at our Big O. It’s the only place I buy tires.
