Always been treated right at the Brigham Big-O. A year ago I hit something in the road and ruined a tire as I was headed out of town for vacation. I arrived at Big-O just as they were locking the doors for the night but Aaron sold me some tires and I was able to continue on my trip.

I believe they were honest, friendly and not pushy on other items I might need for my vehicle

Friendly service and great suggestions on how to make the best repair on my UTV tire. Got me going again based on the time frame they indicated.

I came in for a simple look at my tires, worried about the vehicle's slight pull to the right. The team offered a free alignment and tire gauge check. In advance, they let me know prices in the case of my car needing an alignment. So far, the car runs smoothly when travelling from Logan to Brigham City for classes.

Price was lower then expected. Repair was completed more quickly then expected.

I just needed a routine oil change but was treated courteously as usual.

I am a service advisor for Jaguar/Land Rover Lehi for 22 years, and could easily do tire on my vehicles at work. I bought a set of nitro Terra grapplers for my Land Rover a few months back, and the visit was great, so I came back and bought tires for my Hyundai. Great friendly people. Keep up the great work .

Everything was pretty good...I had them change my oil and rotate my tires. Well it started taking a little bit longer than I thought it would....so I went up and asked when it was going to be done, that I had an appt to make, and the guy that I talked to was a little bit snippy with me saying it takes longer because of the tire rotation. That's fine, but I wish he would have told me up front that it would take longer, then I wouldn't have expected it sooner.

The staff - especially Wayne and Aaron - remember my name and make me feel welcome. They are great at answering my questions. They are always friendly. I have never has a bad experience there.
