Staff was great. Went extra mile to track down my warranty with another location. Got my tire order completed as quickly as possible. Great service.

My windshield washer fluid was empty when i went in.......it's still empty. I thought this was part of the service.

Aaron Walker was very helpful and nice. Told me what they would be doing and how much it would cost. And I didn't have a ride home so another associate gave me a ride,and when my car was done came and picked me up to take me back to the store. Which was very helpful and nice.

The two 4 ratings is because... We have been loyal customers since moving into the area. Two oil change visits ago I was told my back breaks were getting close. There was no urgency given, and I commented that I'd let my husband know. At the last oil change when I went to pay I asked how the breaks were holding up and was told my tires weren't rotated (new employee and he's right, I didn't specifically ask for the special, I asked for "the usual"). So I again put it off knowing I had to get new tires and I'd wait. Then I went in for new tires and asked that they check the breaks. Now my back breaks are bad and my front are at 20%. I asked for a price and was told $169. per set and was told I might be able to find a coupon online. I made the appointment for the next morning. I dropped off the car and within an hour I received a call that my back brakes needed more work, and would be another $75 per brake because they had gone so long. I under stand this is my fault. My suggestion here is 1) when I was first approached about the back breaks it would have been nice if it was explained that if I put it off it would cost more; and 2) when they were in for the actual change they had to know the back breaks were in need of the extra work and I should have been told before I left the shop.

As usual, I was treated well and provided excellent service.

Great experience, Customer service, everything, only reason I rated it at 4 out 5 stars, My Oil Change was $ 45 for a conventional oil change which I thought was little expensive .

We always take our cars to the Big O in Brigham City, UT. All of the associates are professional and honest. They take care of all our car needs.

I'm a reformed less swaper. They have treated me right so I'm now with them. They were a little spendy but not unreasonable

The Brigham City Big O has been amazing to work with. Wayne has always been upfront with the price and when I go to pay it is exactly what was quoted. I have never had a bad experience with this company.
