Big O Tires

The Brigham City Big-O is usually so very good it was sad to have the poor service I recently received. We were told our tires we unavailable at their store so they would be there a couple of days later at 8:00 am. The tires finally showed up at 1:00 pm and after rearranging our schedules to accommodate the late tires we finally got them installed.

All personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to listen as I explained the problem with my car. Prices were just what they said it would be. All work on my car was completed faster than I had anticipated.

I called for an appointment but they told me to come right in at my convenience. They advised me that I needed an alignment and I wasn’t pressured at all to get it. Prices were clearly stated and they used my coupons also

Waited 3 hours for my new tire installation and front-end alignment. I was told there were no problems with the job, but that I came during a peak time. I would have made an appointment to avoid that, but it wasn't offered. I don't know if the store does appointment times. Next time I'll ask to try an avoid such a long wait. I had no idea putting new tires on a pick-up and getting an alignment would take so long. This was my 2nd time purchasing tires from this store. My first time was only last week. I usually get my tires from a competitor and my wait there for new tires is usually less than an hour. But the competitor doesn't have an alignment machine so I usually take the vehicle to this store for the alignment which is also typically less than an hour wait. Maybe I'm too harsh in my rating because they were indeed busy the day I got my new tires, but I grew impatient after 3 hours of waiting & seeing all other customers leave the store, even ones that came in after me. I'll go to this store again in the future before I firm up my opinion, but I wouldn't want anyone else to experience that kind of wait so at this time I wouldn't really recommend this store without a warning attached.

I made an appointment, they were ready for me. I bought 4 tires. I came in at 8:00 and left with the new tires on my truck at 8:40

The front desk workers are great and friendly. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The only complaint I have is how the interior of my vehicle looked after, the grease marks on the door handle and seats is a neglect from workers and should not happen

Brigham City Big-0 is my favorite in the state of Utah! Only place I will buy my tires from. Everyone treats me like family!
