The service was excellent however I had to wait a very long time to fix something as simple as a valve stem!?

I went here recently for an oil change and they told me an hour, but it ended up being 2 1/2 hours. They were quite prompt and helpful though.

Vehicle was started on time. 4 new tires and 4 wheel alignment was completed in 90 minutes. Very impressed by that.

Aaron is awesome and his knowledge of tires is excellent. Big O had 3 choices of all season tires to choose from which I appreciated but being quite picky.......I would have liked to have had a little better selection. Despite that we are happy with the tires we chose so far. I appreciate knowing the person I am dealing with (like Aaron because I know he is honest and friendly) and would recommend that all your sales people become VERY friendly to EVERYONE no matter what they come into Big O to do. And greet your customers with a warm friendly smile....so that we know Big O cares. It might sound silly but believe me......it makes a difference. I have purchased tires at Big O many times and appreciate being treated like I am a valued customer.

Ever since I moved to Utah seven years ago I have gone to big O tires in Brigham city. From oil change to tire alignment to the random nail in a work vehicle tire I don’t go anywhere else I love the guys a big 0
