Big O Tires

Very courteous and got the tire I needed overnight. My only complaint is minor. I said right front tire on Friday and they did find a nail, as expected. When I came back Saturday I caught the tech jacking up the left front (drivers side). Glad I was watching, so a problem was avoided.

The staff is alway very friendly. They have good prices and are knowledgeable about the service.

Customer service was one again great! I had my differential and axle replaced.the vacuum plate was left loose so I had to take it back in. Running great now

I did the healthy car special around 2nd week October, 2 weeks later my transmission was acting up . I checked it ( hot ) it was more then 1qt low . I thought this healthy car special was part of checking all my fluids�.. transmission working normal now.

I did not have to go in the store, which I appreciated due to Covid. I pulled my vehicle into the bay and stood outside while my vehicle was on the lift. Other than that I was able to remain in my vehicle. I paid over phone for my service. I appreciated Big O accommodating me and my concern with Covid.

Did well no issues

My wife recently punctured a tire on our vehicle while I was at work. She contacted the Brigham City Big O Tires, and they sent a technician directly to our home. Since the tire has been slice form hitting the curb by our driveway, the Tire Technician took the tire off for her, and put the spare on so she could get the vehicle to their shop. Once there they helped her get setup with quality tires at an affordable price. Thanks Big O Team, and keep up the great customer Service!
