Big O Tires

As always, excellent service.

One tire had a slow leak. I took it in to Big-O and it was repaired. There was a screw in the tire. There was also a problem with the car's tire pressure sensor system. The Big-O associate reset the system and it works great now. This was all done free of charge to me since I bought the tires at Big-O and purchased the tire warranty. The entire time to complete these items by Big-O was about 20 minutes!! I was very satisfied with my experience at Big-O.

With an unexpected flat tire, they worked me in and got my tire fixed and me back on the road within an hour.

Great service and insight

I made my appointment and was promptly contacted about the tires I requested. They had a similar Big Foot product that I agreed would be just fine with me. I arrived with my truck and they promptly took care of me. Waiting are was tidy and everyone was wearing a mask. I love Big O.

My wife and daughter went to Big O yesterday to check out my daughters car for her trip back to California. Even though their visit was late in the day the service was good and they did not need to wait very long.

The original wheel seals on my truck, which were leaking, were replaced by Big-O. A few weeks later there was a leak from the new seals. I reported the problem to Big-O and they got me right in and corrected the problem. Even though there were additional expenses involved with the second repair, I was charged nothing and now I have a permanent fix to the problem. Big-O stood behind their work 100 percent.

I dropped off my car and they serviced it without an issues. Kind and caring techs.

The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I get my vehicle serviced quite a bit and the staff always remembers my name. It makes me feel great.

I wish tires were still priced with mounting and balancing and all that included. I hate all the add ons. I realize there are some people who may buy just the tires but not many, I suspect. I really just like the straight scoop.

I have been a Brigham Big O customer for multiple years now. The Owners and sales associates know me by name, treat me very well with respect and dignity. I have never had an issue that they could not fix/resolve.
