Big O Tires

The best Big O! I wouldn't take my car any where else! They now my name when I walk in they have always been fare to me and my me feel like part of the family.

They are always pleasant and explain well if a problem comes up.

I can always count on honesty and integrity from all the employees here.

I had a problem with one of my tires and the service technicians quickly diagnosed it as a bead leak. They worked on this issue and before long I was back on the road. Great service!

Flat tire in sardine canyon. No spare on my new car. Had to leave it and get my dad to come get me. Next day, had to take it off and go get new tire, and then went to put it on. Would have been nice to have road side service.

One tire had a slow leak. I took it in to Big-O and it was repaired. There was a screw in the tire. There was also a problem with the car's tire pressure sensor system. The Big-O associate reset the system and it works great now. This was all done free of charge to me since I bought the tires at Big-O and purchased the tire warranty. The entire time to complete these items by Big-O was about 20 minutes!! I was very satisfied with my experience at Big-O.
