Wayne bailed me out when my battery was dead. Could not ask for better service

Was a slick process to get my serpentine belt replaced. There was an engine code when I picked up my car, but they cleared it and said if it comes back on to bring back to them, as something might have been bumped.

Went in for a safety inspection. They got the car right in and did a thorough inspection. Nice to have all different types of magazines in the lobby. Something for everyone. I like that they know my name!

Have been trading at this Big O location for many years. Consider them my friends. Know that they will NEVER take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge.

The fellas in the front are always so welcoming. I enjoy going in for that simple fact.

I arrived just before 10:00 to get a tire replaced. Fortunately, I had purchased the extended warranty and was able to receive a new tire at no cost for the tire. Wayne explained the options I had very clearly and I was able to make a choice and leave the store in less than an hour. Props for expedient and friendly service.

Staff were really friendly and got us the best deal! A mishap came along and they fixed it instantly! Will will come back again for sure

Aaron and Matt are always friendly, can answer any questions. Always great service and wait times are more than reasonable, even on crazy busy days.

I went into Big O in Brigham City without an appointment to get a flat repair. I knew they wouldn't be able to get it done right away, but they had it done within an hour or two. Awesome job!

They didnt have the tires I need I. Stock but they were able to get them the next day and installed them fast for as busy as they were and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need like other places I've been I would highly recommend this store.

Best automotive repair place in town.

I was there a total of 20 minutes and they were able to find out why my tire was going flat and fix it in no extra time. It didn't cost me near as much as I was expecting and I was grateful they got me in so quickly. The associates were extremely kind and polite and treated me well.
