Big O Tires

I've been coming here for years. Tires. Oil changes. Always great customer service. Never had a bad experience.

I initially called to check prices and when I went to the store the price I was quoted was the same, Wayne was very informative and helpful with the choice of tires. & they had the tires in-stock and had me out in the time they said it would take.

I have gone to other areas and have been told the price will be between two different numbers before they even look at the vehicle. I love Big O because they assess the car and then come to me with a specific price point and explain each thing they are going to do. The Big O in Brigham City is seriously the best place to go. Wayne is great at explaining everything in such a way that a non mechanic like me can understand. I highly recommend going to Big O.

They made no promises about getting my oil pan done on Saturday, in fact they promised to have it done on Monday. The part came in early and they were able to get it done sooner. Greatly appreciated

The staff at the Brigham City Big O is fantastic! I have been taking my own personal vehicles there for over twenty years and I also bring my work vehicles in to be serviced. They are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job explaining things to those of us who are not so mechanically inclined. I am not usually the type of person to make recommendations unless I have a personal stake in a business; but I never hesitate to recommend this shop. I will continue to take all of my vehicles here and I will continue to recommend this shop to all of my family and friends.
