The service was professional, courteous, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable!

I drove up to the store and was met at the door and immediately they took my vehicle for service. I got tire rotated, brakes checked, oil changed, an aliment, battery checked, and fluids filled for about an hour. Great service and reasonable price.

I went in to Big O with a Big O tire that was going flat due to a screw that was in the tire. They took my car in within 5 minutes of when I arrived and had it repaired within 20 minutes. Great service!

Took my older motor home in for new windshield wipers as I had $5.00 coupon and needed to be changed. Matt went way out his way to help me, as I needed wiper inserts (the old kind). Matt tried the 1st pair they didn't work, called the parts store, for the 2nd pair and spent 20 minutes to make sure this pair fit and that they worked. I have been their customer for 23 years. Thank you Matt for going the extra mile for me.
