I always prefer to use Big O for my oil changes and tires rotations. I stopped at another location in North Ogden first because I was in that area and it was a 3.5 hr wait! I decided to stop by the Brigham location on my way home and they got me right in. A short time later I was on my way.

I was passing through and had a blowout. I walked in and the immediately got my truck in the shop. They got all four replaced in no time so I could get back on the road.

Your staff did a great job in taking care of our tire needs on my daughter's outback. I ordered tires over the telephone from my home in St George (Snow Birds) and ask for an appointment at 8am Wednesday morning. She has an office at Autoliv in Brigham and your guys even offered to take down to Autoliv and then come and get her when car was ready. How very service mined they were to offer such great service. She came at 8am she stayed at your Store and they had service with new set of tires, balanced, vehicle aligned and did a great shop. She was very happy on how every cme together so well!!! Big O Tires always provides courteous, competent service.

I had a low tire and they fixed it quickly. Told me to come back after 50-100 miles to get it re-torqued. I've never been told that before. It's nice to know that they go the extra mile to ensure the tire is taken care of correctly!

I needed a lot of services plus tires for the 2005 motorhome I had just purchased and I trust the Brigham City Big O to do the jobs and do them well. I was not disappointed.

Got a safety inspection and oil changes, and the service was way more reasonable cost and after the visit, I would recommend these guys over Jiffylube any day.
