The popcorn machine is bigger at the competition, but the service is way better here.

I had a tire emergency and not a regular at this location. They greeted me with a smile and was very helpful in resolving my problem tire. It was nice to know that we were being taken care of and felt like I could trust the associate that helped me.

needed new tires for my car always use big o tires for our service on our vehicles. they had what I needed. the only issue was that the alignment machine was down...no big deal I'll come back for that. They are always so friendly and professional. That's why we always come back to this store!

Front desk staff took my vehicle right in and were quick to inform me of its problem. The shop employees went to work quickly and delivered my car out front in less time than anticipated. I always to to Big O in Brigham City for tire and wheel problems. They keep me on the road safely.

I live in Ogden, but work in Brigham City and Logan. I have several Big O Tires I could get service at, but I always get my car serviced in Brigham City. Overall, I love the service that Matt and his team always provides. I have always felt they have my safety at heart and never try to squeeze extra services in. In fact, I have tried to get them to do my brakes several times and they keep telling me they are fine. Even when they are busy, they always welcome you and try to get you serviced as quickly as possible.
