Big O Tires

They installed an intake manifold gasket on my SUV last week and since then my check engine light has not came back on. Thank you Big O for the great price and fastand quality service.

The Brigham City Big O is the only reason I am still a Big O customer had some bad experiences at other locations these guys rock they are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly honest I am a customer for life!

I called to see if I needed an appointment for my brakes. They were able to take it in immediately and service was quick. Check in and out was uncomplicated and I just love these friendly, helpful guys at the front counter

Because they are always very happy to see me & even remember my name every time I walk in!! 😄 They are always kind to me & answer all of my questions. Then they get right to work on my car & do a great job as quickly as possible since I do have to wait there. But they have made it a clean & comfortable place to wait which I really appreciate. I have been going here for years & I will continue to do so! Plus I tell everyone I know that they should go to Big O as well, especially the one in Brigham City!!

I came in to have my car lubed and oiled, plus have my tires rotated. when I was checking out I asked if there were any problems and was told that there were none. I walked out to my car and Dennis called out to me to let me know that I needed to watch my oil because when he changed the oil he found that it was wet under there and he could not find where it was leaking. I was happy that he let me know because I would have gone and not known that there was a problem. thanks

Professional and courteous service staff

As soon as I walked into Big O Tires a service tech walked up to me asked if I'd been helped. He proceeded to assist me with the problem I was having with my vehicle. 30 minutes later it was fixed and ready to go. I always go to Big O in Brigham City for all my vehicle needs, they are friendly, courteous and professional.

Well, I have to tell you I've had a real dickens of a time with tires this week. On Friday July19, I had a tread separation with a Big-O tire on the front of my truck. Had to buy 2 new tires. Then, on my way to Wyoming to help a friend on July 22, I had another tread separation on a Big-O tire on the rear of the truck. I barely made it back to Evanston before a blow out and had to buy 2 more tires for the rear. (I was pulling a small ATV trailer and those tires were about to give out, so I bought new tires for it also as well.) Now, I understand the truck tires were about 6 years old but only had around 35,000 miles on them. So, oh well, I'm glad that I replaced them to avoid problems while pulling my camp trailer. Now, as for the service I received, you guys have always been good. And I have to tell you the folks at the Evanston Big-O were also real good. I felt kinda bad for Dennis Purcell up there as he didn't have much help but like you guys he was very helpful and nice about the whole thing. And did his best to get me fixed up and back on the road. When I returned to Brigham on Tuesday, I swung in to your store to do a re-torque and was pleased. That one gentleman you have, I think his name is Graciare, (I hope that's close) is one excellent employee, you have a good one there. So, that's my long story. But I have to say, that was a very hair raising week-end.
