Big O Tires

I drive past a number of other car care centers to take my vehicles to Big-O. We consistently get friendly honest service and appreciate it immensely.

Always good service

Every time I use Big O in Brigham City the more impressed I am with service and value. I had a slow leak in a fairly new tire. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and they got me right in, found the leak and replaced the tire still under warranty with a smile on their face even though they had to stay after closing. I don't even live in Brigham City and I'll travel to this location for the awesome service!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The technicians at Big O quickly diagnosed this as a bead leak and had it fixed in no time at all! Excellent work.

Aron was awesome, he recommended a couple things but didn't push it like most places.i appreciated that. Then he stayed open for a couple extra minutes till I can make it. I had a lot done and it was worth it.

As with all my visits to the Brigham City "Big O," I was treated to a professional experience. I requested an "off-size" tire that arrived the following day. My time at Big O the following day was minimal. They went right to work and I was shortly on my way. Thanks for the Courteous Service!!

Used to work for you

I've been to this Big O multiple times, most recently for an odd noise in my steering system and for a state inspection (different vehicle). When I asked for someone to come for a ride with me to assess that noise, they jumped right in and helped me immediately. Great service!

The tires I wanted were not in stock at the moment. I was scheduled to complete the service the next day. Later that day they called me to tell me my tires had already arrived. I went back and everything was taken care of within an hour.

Wayne took great care of me, fixed all the problems that I was having and was upfront with all aspects of what was needed to be done. He is amazing.

The Brigham City Big O is the best. They are very friendly, competent and their store is clean. I love the service I receive there every time!
