Big O Tires

I used them last week.Service was fast and convenient.

The clerk listened to my emergency, understood my problem, offered a reasonable fix, and accommodated me when I appeared at the shop relatively unannounced. We did not wait at the shop during the repair, but it was not long before the attendant called to tell us the repair was complete and we could pick up our vehicle. I did not previously understand EVERY point of the guarantee (the repair was covered), but I was charged only reasonable and customary fees for the repair. Happy and satisfied with the whole service transaction, and this is not the first time at Big O.

As usual, the service was good and the problem that my car had was fixed.
