I was very happy with the speed and the quality of fixing a broken wheel hub on my utility trailer.

Big O provided the services I requested and didn't try to upsell services that I didn't need.

I've always received excellent service at the Brigham City Big-O tire shop. I was working on a different problem with my trailer and noticed one of the brand new tires I had just bought was dern near flat! So I finished up with my project and knowing it was getting on towards 5:30 I called to let them know I was coming. Tony met me as I pulled in, I pulled around the west side of the building and they got right on it. Found a nail. Got the tire off, repaired the puncture, re-installed tire and I was on my way before 6:00! Service you can depend on.

Although Big O didn't have the tires I wanted, the staff was excellent at recommending another brand that was comparable in quality and price. I was satisfied with with level of communication from the staff and the patience they had with me as I asked several questions to determine the right tires.

I have always been treated very well at our Big O store. I am a long time customer.

I went in for a safety inspection. Found out the horn wasn't working and I needed 2 tires. I bought a set of 4 tires and they put them on right at that moment and fixed the horn. Very nice staff and once again great service. This is the ONLY place I take my truck and as long as they continue to treat me the way they do, I'll never go anywhere else.
