Big O Tires

Big O again did an excellent job for me and my car. I took it in for an oil change and possible brake replacement. They were very helpful in letting me know I did not need my brakes and explained why the noise might be happening with my car. Their customer service has always been amazing.

From the minute I walk in the door & they smile at me & remember my name until I leave, I am comfortable being at Big O. I always have to wait for the work to be done & they do their best to get things done quickly & well. I will always come here because I love the way I’m treated & the work that they do!!

Aaron and Matt are always awesome. They do what I ask and don't try to talk me into more.

Wayne was v3ery friendly. He kept me in formed and did a great job getting my car in and out in a short time. Very pleased !

LINC has plenty of experiences with Big O Tires. You generally can fit us in and make the time to repair our company vehicles in a timely manner. You are able to diagnose problems and explain them to each staff member. Your customer service is great. All of our employees are treated with respect and friendliness.

It was easy and convenient to make an appointment online. As soon as I arrived I was greeted right away at the door (and the door was held for me), the person who attended me gave me time to explain what I needed, and also answered a few questions and concerns I had since I don't know much about tires. My mother waited with me and she doesn't speak very much English, but she also made a comment about how nice and pleasant was the person that had attended me (sorry, I forgot his name!)

I have had a "popping" noise in my car for years and have been told that nothing is wrong. Big O fixed the noise and I am SO happy with driving my car now, that I am finding excuses to drive :-) Thanks Brigham City Big O. You guys are the GREATEST!!

Big O always treats me well. Wayne at the front desk is great - especially at answering questions from a non-car guy. Which can make for weird questions. I also value their honesty. When I drop off my truck and say "just change the air filter if it needs it" and it is NOT done, I love that. A lot of service shops have poor reputations - they would change the filter if I needed it or not. That is not the case with Big O in Brigham City.

On Xmas Eve morning I realized my daughters tires were pretty worn. I looked around and Big O had tires that I needed in stock and they were open. I made an online appt. and they called me back really quick. They said if I brought it in right now they could get that done for me. They were done writing. 20ish minutes. They were super friendly!! Staff was excellent. They kept me informed of wait times. They actually showed me my air filters and explained why they should be replaced and helped me make an informed decision.
