I have never encountered any problems for the past 10 years of going to BIG O Brigham City. All the staff always go above and beyond in providing the best, friendliest, and excellent customer service. This establishment is outstanding!

Was in for just a flat repair and tire rotation. As always they took care of me in their usual pleasant and professional and through manner. Whether it's a simple tire rotation or I'm getting a complete tire replacement I am treated to the same fantastic service.

I live 2 mins away from another Big O franchise, but will go to this one because of the staff! The other is busy and they all give me an eye roll and make me feel like I'm bothering them bringing them my business. So Wayne and his staff earned my business for life & every vehicle I own will be serviced here!

We were traveling when "service engine soon" light came on. It was a random misfire. They were able to get us in that day! Took 4 hours...? Had to order parts? Labor was only 1.5 hours. They were very professional and friendly. The whole engine sounded quieter when we left. I was very pleased with their service.

I'm always happy with my service at Big O. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they even give me a ride home when it will be a longer wait which makes me happy because I have no one to pick me up.
