Big O Tires

I appreciate the honesty and reliability of this tire shop. I really wouldn't go anywhere else. There have been times that I thought I needed things and they have been honest and told me that I don't. I can highly recommend Big O in Brigham City.

Customer service was friendly and seemed genuine. The speed of service was faster than expected, and some advice was given to ensure long-term satisfaction with my tires.

I dropped my car off in the parking lot over the weekend and they called me first thing Monday morning and got her all fixed up by early afternoon on Monday.

They made no promises about getting my oil pan done on Saturday, in fact they promised to have it done on Monday. The part came in early and they were able to get it done sooner. Greatly appreciated

The staff at the Brigham City Big O is fantastic! I have been taking my own personal vehicles there for over twenty years and I also bring my work vehicles in to be serviced. They are extremely knowledgeable and do a great job explaining things to those of us who are not so mechanically inclined. I am not usually the type of person to make recommendations unless I have a personal stake in a business; but I never hesitate to recommend this shop. I will continue to take all of my vehicles here and I will continue to recommend this shop to all of my family and friends.

I needed an oil change and a tire rotation and I had left it a little late! I called at about 5::40 to see what time you closed . They asked me what I needed, I told them , expecting them to tell Me they were closing up , and would have to bring it in another day . The answer I received was a pleasant surprise! If you can have it here as soon as possible, we will get you in and take care of it! Wow! Thank you Brigham City Big O! I will be bringing my Hummer to you guys from here on out! Thank you so much!
