I have been to this location many times and the people are polite and explain the vehicle issues honestly. They don't try to over sell unneeded work and advise what the recommended repairs should be. Work has been reliable.

Big O has taken care of all my vehicles and they always check everything like the fluids, battery, tires everything. They make me feel secure and I know they always do a great job.

As usual I had great service from the Brigham City, Utah Big-O store.The guys listen to the customer, then recommend services that will fix the problem.The technicians not only do what they say they will do (and they do it right), but they also check your vehicle for other items that you might want to take care of some time in the future.Then they list those items as "reminders" on your final bill (but, of course, they don't charge you for them) so that you have a written record of the things they recommend you get taken care of.That's good for old "shade-tree mechanics" like myself (as well as for old geezers - again like myself - who don't "get-out-and-get-under" our cars and do our own work on them!).

I brought my 4 tires & rims into Big O so I could keep working my vehicle brakes and undercoat painting.Big O had to get the four tires I wanted from another Big O place and Big O did get my new tires installed on my rims in the same day.Big O called me when the work was done and I was able to keep doing my vehicle work instead of having to wait at Big O.Thanks for getting me done so well.

Was pleased on how quick my tire was changed and replaced Haven't got my car back from the shop after the RADIATOR was replaced Ended up with another leak at the Water Pump Along with the fact that the warranty company has notpaid their part of the first bill

We came in to get a trailer tire replaced on my RV that was shredded. The Technician worked hard to get it off and replace it. The Rim was different than all the other tires and he took the time to get it right. I really appreciate the courteousness of the entire staff. My Friend here in NM who owns a franchise will be pleased.

I had a slow leak on my Driver-side Rear tire. I was worried because I bought the tires like 20 miles before the engine on the original car seized up, stored them in my shop, and transplanted the wheels/tires to my current car over two years later. The leak was a knife blade. Think Xacto size, but not the same shape. Warranty applied, tire got fixed. I was back on the road before I could get deep into a waiting room magazine I've since forgotten. It was just that fast. I'll go Big O before I go Les Schwab. Big O just saves me time and drama. That's worth a lot.

Came here from another shop in town that convinced me they were out to play the escalation game to drum up business for the shop.You sold me the tires I wanted for a better price and showed me the front end parts that really did need attention without treating me as if I were a fool.
