Even though I had to wait for long time, the service was exceptional. At my arrival they couldn’t find my appointment and had to wait Till the end of the day. I arrived at 4:00 and Left the building at 6:30. Way too long of wait cuz they explained I didn’t have an appointment. Which I am sure I made one day before.

The Brigham City Big O store has always treated me great! I have four cars that all run Big O tires from Brigham City.

My daughter's car needed a new wheel bearing. One of those times when dad gets into the car to move it and askes, "how long has it been making that noise?" I called Big O at 8am and was able to take it right over. They got the car in quickly. They also identified the other bearing was bad. Not excited about the extra work needed, but felt they were honest in their evaluation. When my daughter got her car back, she was so excited to have the noise gone and as her father, I was excited that her car was providing a safe transportation.

Came in to get my truck serviced, a patch repair, and rotation. Wyatt helped me out today and was very professional, and pleasant to speak with. We are loyal customers to big-o and for good reason. They treat your right, lay our options out for you, and don’t try to find “unnecessary problems” to fix. They are a professional business that takes care of you as a neighbor. This company will continue to receive my business for years to come.

Aaron and Wayne have always been very helpful when I have taken my vehicles in. This is the second time I've come in lately and they have gotten my vehicle right in and done quickly.
