Big O Tires

I just stopped in for a tire rotation while on a trip.They were quick and got me back on the road faster than I expected.I also felt like they cared for my safety by having me follow up with another Big O on my way just to make sure everything was tight.

Prices were a little higher than I thought they would be - $300 for an oil change, windshield wipers and an alignment. But Wayne was great.

They're always helpful and friendly, even when they have a lot to do. I never feel pressured into services I don't need. They do excellent work but finish quickly so I can get back on my way.

I have been using Big "O" Tires for many years to service my two Toyota 4-Runners. At the Brigham City, Utah, location I have worked with Aaron, Rob and Wayne. They always greet me by name and have great attitudes towards their customers. I always look forward to visiting these gentlemen each and every time I visit. You must be very proud of the men and the jobs that they perform.

The gentlemen at this store know us by name and are always friendly and professional. They give the details of cost/estimate before doing work so we always know what the bill is going to be. The work is conscientiously completed in a timely manner.

I have been going the Big O in Brigham UT for the past 10 years & have always been more than pleased with the service I have received. There was even a time that I had to have one of my kids stop in to have a tire repaired & even though the tires were not purchased there, Matts staff took care of them & had them back on their way without charging them to fix the tire. I would highly recommend anyone to stop in & visit with James, Wayne or the owner Matt to have their vehicle serviced & get new tires. Thanks guys for all you do & have done for me & my family. I was able to select the tires I wanted on line and schedule an appointment. The communication I received the following morning was timely and very welcomed the associate was able to confirm my tire request and let me know when they were available to complete the work

I have visited the Brigham City Big O tire shop several times, recently, and have left with a very good impression of what they have done for me. I was not aware that they were equipped to do oil changes and other service. I will certainly use their services more, because of their promptness and friendly helpful atmosphere.
