I have two 2003 Toyota 4-Runners. Big "O" has been servicing my vehicles ever since I purchased them. I have never had a problem with either of them because Big "O" takes total care of them with their inspections, lubrications, oil changes, tire replacements, brakes, tire rotations - you name it and Big "O" always comes through. Each vehicle has over 200,000 miles and they are running very smooth, thanx to Big "O". The staff are great to work with and take great care of me each time I visit them. Do I enjoy dropping by Big "O", you can bet your last dollar on their service. You can count on them for the best service around.

The owners, Matt, Aaron and their staff have always gone the extra mile for me. I have purchased numerous sets of tires and other services from this store and have always been pleased with the service provided. I know their are less expensive options for some services they provide but there is a lot to be said for the after support they give and piece of mind that they will do the right thing as they always have. They found the quarter that gave me a flat tire. Replaced the tire, which was under warranty! Put the spare back in it's place, aligned the tires and I was off! It was great to be taken care of!
