I have been going to Big O for years. They have treated me and my family with dignity and kindness.They offer great service and have fair prices.I consider them my friends.

Great price on tires and quick service.

I needed a tire rotation, and two new tires. The worker was kind and polite. The process took a lot less time then I thought. It was great.

Staff very friendly and always fill they care about if I am satisfied with their work. I have taken all my vehicles to this Big O for years.

Utilized the free rotation and flat service I purchased with my new tires. They were friendly, professional and accomplished the work requested without an appointment.

James was very helpful when I was purchasing new tires and answered all my questions. He was also honest about my brakes, which saved me money!

Big o tires is just straight up the best place in town. They're friendly, we joke around. Totally instigated by me. I enjoy going there. Don't think I've ever said that about a tire company before in my life. Thanks a lot big o you all did a great job.

The only thing I would mention is that I had metal valve caps when I brought it in. When I got home the new valve stems had plastic caps. Because of the 80 pounds of pressure in the rear tires they should come with metal caps.

I needed a flat repair, we called ahead and they told us the price and estimated wait time. I arrived and quickly was helped, timing was accurate and the price was as stated.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation asked how long of a wait to expect . Was told 45 minutes. Work was completed in 45 minutes
