Big O Tires

great store and great staff. Big O has taken care of my family since I was in High School. Although I am new to Brigham City, I find the same great store I was used to at the Ogden Store. Good folks, good service. I am a happy customer.

Every time the customer service is always great! They explain thoroughly the things I need or that were done for my vehicle!

I move to Brigham City a year ago and was worried about where to take my cars for service. I had been using Big O in Orem Utah for a long time and had trusted them and what they did for me, so my first stop in my new city was the Big O Tires on Main Street. I was not disappointed! I found that they even knew where I should go even when they did not preform the service I needed and freely gave my advice. I look to the experts at Big O for all my issues with my cars and I am always happy with the work they do. Even though I have yet to buy tires, I find my self there for all the services I need for my cars.

The guys at Big O here in Brigham City are the best. I would recommend them to anyone who wants prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service for their vehicle, any make or model. Just an example of the kind of knowledgeable service i am speaking of: While I was in the store getting service on my vehicle I overheard a customer describe the problem she was experiencing with her Honda Odyssey, the service rep behind the counter had the information for her concerning her problem in his memory. As it turned out, there was a recall on that particular vehicle that may apply to her vehicle & in her case she could have a dealer fix the problem for free or at a substantial discount saving her hundreds of dollars. This is the kind of service we as drivers need on out cars and is the kind of service I have come to expect from my friends, yes my friends, at the Brigham City Big O Tire store and service center. Go there and see for yourself you will not be disappointed.

As always, I had excellent service at this Big O in Brigham City. I needed to get my brakes fixed and oil change, I dropped my car off in the morning and they drove me to work! Then they called and told me that my brakes didn't quite need to be changed yet, which I really appreciated their honesty.

The boys did their typical great job of getting me what I wanted. They carried the heavy beasts out to my truck.

They are willing to do what is needed to get the job done. They have a "Can Do" attitude, that is what I'm looking for!

The floor in the customer area was a little messy, but that is to be expected at the end of the day just before closing. The staff at my Big O is great! They are very polite and knowledgeable. They are usually really accurate on how long it will take to service my vehicle. I really like that.

Thanks for the great service. We were able to get two cars worked on in one day. We were treated with care and respect. All in all it was a good day. Nice chat and good service.

I love these guys, if I have a question or even a quick problem I know I can pop in and talk with them. They have always taken great care of me even without buying tires from them yet.
