Big O Tires

I used a coupon that was sent to me for full service check of belts, tires, breaks, oil filter change and lube before our trip to the Southwest. Everything checked out fine. On the return trip home, the maintenance light would flash on and off; and after we stopped in Payson for fuel, the light stayed on longer. Guess there is a reset button that is be pushed by the lube tech after every oil change, and that didn't take place; but, Matt fixed it and we were off again for the second leg off our trip. All 5 of our vehicles are serviced at Big O Brigham City, every 3 to 4 months, for the past 27 years. Fabulous Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aaron was very kind and respectful and explained how he needed to get a tire to replace the damaged one. Took about 2 days and all was completed then. All of the personnel at this location are all cheerful, friendly and helpful every time I go there even to have a little air put into the tires.

I had another great experience at Big O. When I arrived they were very busy with new arrivals, however Wayne was more than willing to help drop me off at work. They also were able to fit this service into my schedule and it was done before I needed it.
