Besides knowing some of the employees that work at the Big-O that I go to, they are very professional, very knowledgeable and I have the upmost confidence that they know what they're doing. They always do a high quality job. They give me recommendations and I feel that they're very honest with me and they give me options and their best opinion on what they would do if I have trouble deciding.

They were able to accommodate my problem quickly and efficiently. They kept me up to date on the progress and offered different solutions to accommodate my situation.

My wife recently punctured a tire on our vehicle while I was at work. She contacted the Brigham City Big O Tires, and they sent a technician directly to our home. Since the tire has been slice form hitting the curb by our driveway, the Tire Technician took the tire off for her, and put the spare on so she could get the vehicle to their shop. Once there they helped her get setup with quality tires at an affordable price. Thanks Big O Team, and keep up the great customer Service!
