The staff were very helpful and clearly identified the options available to me. I already shopped around and found Big O to be the best value for the money. This is the third set of tires I have bought from this Big O location and will continue to buy more.

Have had the same tire checked on my truck. Thus is the 3rd time, hopefully it is right. I had to go back and get the hub cap center piece.

Josh, Darin and Jack are the most helpful in all my automotive needs and repairs at a very reasonable price. I tell all my friends they need tires or any other auto repairs Big-O is the BEST place to go hands down!!!

I went in a 1pm because I had a tire light on. The Mechanic told me my value Stam was leaking. He sai if I came back in a hour he could fix. I came back 45 minutes later. They got me right In an I left 10 minutes later. That you for your your great service.

All of the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I have gone into the Sunset location for new tires, a tire repair that ended up being a replacement and various small issues. They were always willing to help me with any problems that I have had and seemed happy to help! Very good customer service, I would highly recommend this Big O location.

The manageer at this location is great. He communicates effectively and gets the job done when he said he would. Had to order the tires as they were 19" and hard to find. He got them in the next day and completed the work ahead of schedule. This is a great Big-O store.

Drove in with a flat tire - the manager quickly worked me in among appointments. They were able to plug the hole (due to a screw in tire tread area). He gave me an estimate for new tires (2 options). Very good experience. I will be back in a few months to buy tires.
