I personally did not enter this establishment. However our daughter is in St.George attending DSU and she was having some car trouble. We are over 4 hours away. Big O was close to her work. She stopped in hoping they could help. They treated our teenage daughter GREAT. They did not talk down to her. She needed her car for work and school and they worked around her hours to get her car fixed and also came in under their estimate. UNDER!! She will be doing all her car services there!! Thanks a bunch.

The employees I spoke with at this big o were friendly, and they explained everything to me and answered my questions. I come from a small town and my mechanic had been my family mechanic for years, so finding somewhere I trusted when I moved down here was important and this big o won my trust simply because they have been honest, kind, and willing to teach me what I want to know about car services

Scheduling of my appointment was great. I had a special need for an odd sized tire and they fixed me riight up. I have used the Big O for years and will always go back. On the day of my service it was 109* and they worked as hard and as fast as if it were spring time! The water in the fridge was perfect as I waited for the service work. Service was fast and friendly!!!

It was faster than expected, I know I need rear breaks done soon and they let me know but didn't pressure me or try to get me to do other services than the one I came in for that was covered for the life of my tires. I did forget to get my quote for the breaks on my way out but they updated the service was completed on Carfax pretty quickly.

This was my second visit. The first was for a used car that I had just purchased and one tire had gone almost flat. Friends got the tire inflated so it was safe driving to Big O and they found a piece of metal that they removed and repaired the tire. They were great to work with and the cost was free! Second time with a tire was this week. It looked like it was slowly loosing pressure and they were great about taking the tire off, testing it and after finding no problems checked the pressure on the others and made sure all was okay. Will definitely recommend them for tires since that was all I have had to deal with but would be comfortable checking all of the other services they offer.

OK, I've been a Big O customer here at this store for the last four years and for seven years in Tooele, Utah. My family was in the tire business in the Bay Area for thirty years and I started working with cars/tires at the age of 11 although my career was eventually in high technology. I needed shocks that I had purchased myself installed on my Dodge 3500. I took the truck to Big O, because I can see what they're doing and basically, I trust their work. Brett Vaughn worked with me on getting the truck serviced. He had suggested we do an alignment check after the shocks were installed. During the alignment check we found problems with the tie rod, which I visually confirmed. Now the store was busy all day, customers were in and out, so, I wasn't the only vehicle there. It took time to install the shocks and time to finally get the alignment issue resolved. At all times Brent kept me appraised of the status and situation. He had also assisted the mechanics in the shop with my truck, while still keeping an eye on the sales desk and customers coming through the door. Brent and the service technicians need to be credited with my customer satisfaction. Again, with my family's experience in the tire industry, with the continual efforts for tire companies to hire, train and insure their employees are providing the level of customer service the company needs to remain competitive, Big O tires has a valuable asset in their Sales Manager, Brent Vaughn. He possesses excellent customer skills, excellent technical accumen and has a very pleasant personality. And NO, I was not compensated to write this review.

Great Service & Friendly Employees: I had a very good experience at Big O this past week.They always do a great service on my car, but I also got some advice about an extended warranty that I had just signed up for on the phone and didn't need it.Thanks for saving me $3,000!

They were fast, kind, courteous and not over priced. They showed me the different pricing for my car and explained the differences between synthetic and basic. I felt my car was in excellent hands.
