Flat tire repair done in a timely manner. They put spare tire & jack etc away. Very pleased!!

They were nice. And seemed like they cared. Informed me about my wheels were needing to be aligned. He also took my truck for a test drive to make sure everything was perfect.

Great customer service and fast services

We were traveling back to Las Vegas and got a flat tire just outside of St George. Brent was very, very helpful to accommodate us. We ended up needing to replace tire because of where the nails were located. He worked with us to get us back on the road in a timely manner so we didn't have to wait hours with our little dog for service. I would highly recommend Brent and this Big O location!

Wow!! Great service and so helpful. Needed my oil changed and tires rotated. I know I need new tires and Brent was so kind and helpful in telling me why. I will be back to get those new tires and I really know that I will get exactly what I need. Kudo's to Brent for keeping it real and honest. Didn't try to force the issue....just told me what I already knew. I will defiantly go back to Big O on Sunset as long as I can deal with this kind of customer service.

I didn't have an appointment, I just walked in. I dropped my truck off, then in barely over an hour it was ready. The pricing is unbeatable as well
