Your employees were so very helpful in servicing my 2008 Ford Ranger pick-up. Not only did they change the oild for a more than reasonable price, they also rotated my Big-O tires for no cost. Then Matthew went out of his way to repair and remount a flat tire on my A-frame trailer without an additional cost. What a good service for such a good value. i will be back again and again.

We took in our vehicle because we couldn't get the battery to keep a charge. They quickly tested the battery and determined it was dead. Within twenty minutes we were back on the road with a new battery.

Due to a flat tire in Zion national park, big o in cedar city was the only store that carried the tire I needed. Cameron was able to patch the tire (it was a large puncture from sharp rock) and when I asked how much I owed, no charge was the response. Service like this is hard to find these days. Tire held up fine the rest of the trip and got us back home safely. Thanks Cameron

Everyone was honest with me and was super friendly. I was told before they did anything to my car and the price I paid was fair.

Had rear brakes put on. After leaving the shop one of the break springs broke. I went back and they replaced the hardware package free if charge. That was good customer service.

Cameron is always great with me. I came in to check a tire that was going flat and found out some how the bead had been vroke. Tires were alittle on the ware side. He was very good and quick to answer all my questions. I ended up getting a new set of tires for my car. Cameron is honest and has the best customer service. Thanks for the quick in and out.
